These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the batjali platform. By registering an account or accessing any service on batjali, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.

Eligibility

One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of bonus balances.

All transactions on batjali are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawals are returned to the originating payment method.
Bonus Terms

Fair Play
Any form of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any associated funds.

1 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and batjali ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the batjali website and services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them.
batjali reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of batjali following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms before each session.
These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any translation being provided for informational purposes, the English version shall take precedence in all circumstances.

2 Account Registration
To access the full range of services on batjali, players must register a personal account. Registration is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
2.1 Registration Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

- You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on batjali.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or a corporate entity.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)
batjali operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence — and proof of address before withdrawal requests are processed. batjali reserves the right to request verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle.
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. Any funds held in a non-compliant account will be retained pending satisfactory verification or, where applicable, returned to the source payment method.
2.3 One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on batjali. If batjali determines that a player holds or has held multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — all associated accounts will be suspended immediately. Any bonus balances or promotional winnings held across duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to the originating payment method after investigation, at batjali's sole discretion.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. batjali will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify batjali support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. batjali accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to safeguard their credentials.
3 Age Restriction
batjali is strictly for players aged 18 and above. 18+ The platform takes its age-restriction obligations seriously and employs verification procedures to prevent underage gambling. Access by minors is prohibited without exception.
By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. batjali reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, the account will be restricted or closed and all deposited funds returned to the source payment method.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. batjali is not liable for underage access that occurs as a result of an adult sharing their login credentials with a minor.
Players from Bangladesh must be aged 18 or above in accordance with applicable international standards for online gaming. There are no exceptions to this rule under any promotional, bonus, or referral programme offered by batjali.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
batjali accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
Deposits are credited to the player's batjali account balance in real time for supported mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the issuing bank. batjali does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All funds deposited into batjali must originate from a payment account held in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will result in the freezing of associated funds and may trigger a full account review.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified players at any time through the batjali cashier section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices.
Withdrawal processing for fully verified accounts targets same-day completion during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawal requests submitted after 6:00 PM BST may be processed on the following business day. batjali reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing additional verification.
Players must ensure that their account has been fully verified under the KYC process before submitting a withdrawal request. batjali is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider once funds have been dispatched from the platform.
4.3 Currency
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on batjali are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). batjali does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required at the point of payment is the sole responsibility of the player's payment provider.
5 Bonus & Promotions
batjali offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion as published at the time the promotion is active, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by batjali are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered in eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested.
Wagering contributions vary by game type. As a general guide: slots and crash games typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; live casino table games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rates for each active promotion are detailed in that promotion's individual terms.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
batjali strictly prohibits bonus abuse in any form. This includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts; placing low-risk bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; using prohibited betting patterns or strategies identified by batjali as abusive. Where bonus abuse is identified, batjali reserves the right to void all associated bonus balances and winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds already withdrawn that were derived from abusive bonus activity.
5.3 Promotional Validity
All promotions on batjali are time-limited. Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. batjali reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, including where batjali has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion is being exploited.
Responsible gaming notice: Bonuses and promotions are optional and are not required to enjoy the services of batjali. Players who have opted into the self-exclusion programme or who have active deposit limits may be ineligible for certain promotional offers.
6 User Obligations
By using the batjali platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times.
6.1 Prohibited Conduct
- You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the platform, server, database, or related system.
- You must not use any automated software, bot, script, or tool to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by batjali.
- You must not engage in collusion with other players or with any third party to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any proprietary content, game algorithm, or software component of the platform.
- You must not make false or misleading statements about batjali in any public forum, review site, or social media platform.
- You must not use funds derived from criminal activity to make deposits on the platform.
6.2 Accurate Information
You are obligated to keep your account information accurate and current at all times. This includes your name, email address, date of birth, and payment details. Any change in your contact information must be updated promptly in your account settings or by contacting support. batjali is not liable for communication failures resulting from outdated player contact details.
6.3 Responsible Use
You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. You agree to use the batjali platform recreationally and within your personal financial means. batjali strongly encourages all players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders. 7 Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Suspension by batjali
batjali reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy published on the platform.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Confirmed or suspected bonus abuse or use of prohibited betting strategies.
- Failure to complete age or identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
- Player self-exclusion request processed through the responsible gaming tools.
Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or policy breach, batjali reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Funds determined to be legitimately deposited will be returned to the source payment method following the conclusion of the investigation, subject to applicable conditions.
7.2 Voluntary Closure by Player
Players who wish to close their batjali account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@batjali. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided all KYC obligations have been satisfied and there are no pending investigations. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
7.3 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. batjali will attempt to notify the player via the registered email address before classifying the account as inactive. An administrative fee may be applied to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. The remaining balance, after deduction of any applicable administrative fees, will be preserved and returned to the player upon successful reactivation of the account and completion of identity verification.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batjali, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the batjali platform, its services, or any content available thereon.
Without limiting the foregoing, batjali expressly disclaims liability for:
- Loss of funds resulting from a player's own decision-making, betting choices, or gambling behaviour.
- Technical interruptions, platform downtime, or connectivity issues affecting the outcome of bets or game sessions.
- Losses attributable to unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain credential security.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
- Inaccuracies in odds or game information resulting from data feed errors from third-party suppliers.
- Changes in the legal status of online gambling in the player's jurisdiction occurring after account registration.
batjali's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
